Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Cream Cheese in a Cup [ Bicchierini di Salmone Affumicato, Formaggio Spalmabile e Cetriolo ]

Ingredients
  • cucumber, finely diced
  • fresh dill
  • 2 parts cream cheese + 1 part sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. Dress cucumbers with a bit of salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Place some at the bottom of your cup or shot glass.
  2. Mix sour cream with cream cheese, lemon zest, dill until all is combined. Add salt. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe some into your your cup, making sure you leave some extra space for the salmon topping.
  3. Arrange salmon strips nicely on top and sprinkle with few poppy seeds or lemon zest
